General indications

Footwear with stones, crystals, and pearls should be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.

Avoid dipping the metal parts in water and any contact with alcohol (perfumes, solvents), creams, and oily substances. They can cause oxidation and color alterations.
In case of contact with water, we recommend drying away from heat sources.

It is advisable to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun as it could cause alterations in the color of the materials.
Avoid any contact with abrasive surfaces.

Specific indications for the various upper materials

Suede / Leather

These materials of natural origin are very delicate and susceptible to deformation.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that you store the product in dry places and use a soft bristle brush for cleaning.

Velvet

We recommend cleaning with a cloth moistened with water. Do not apply skin cleansing products.

Lace

For this precious and refined material, we recommend avoiding contact with water because it could cause color alterations.

How to store your footwear

It is recommended to store our products in places not exposed to sunlight, humidity, or heat.

Footwear must be placed in the appropriate dust bags in order to protect them from dust and light.
